Business Week 110 - Been there, finally!

Be excited when exciting things happen!

I finally had the opportunity to visit my new flat. That's something I've been waiting for months! I am unsure why, but I can never get excited about big things that happen to me - just accept them in a cool way: ok, ok, the next one. But life is not about the next one - life is about now, about being excited and focusing on what is happening in that specific moment. This is why, maybe a bit post-factum, I am making myself excited about my new flat.

Btw, why I am writing this in my business blog? As I mentioned before, this flat will be my investment flat so once the investment is complete (we still have the renovation phase ahead) it should increase our income by 10-15%.
