Business Week #57 - Not that simple

To save some time in the future sometimes you need to spend a lot of it up front

Usually, things do not go exactly according to the plan. It especially happens if you're not deep into the specific topic and you only have some kind of imagination or a view of the complexity of the task. This time we had the opportunity to experience this issue when setting up our online store. Initially, we chose Shoper and started a free trial, however after some time it occurred that configuration of the store is super complex and not so tailored to our simple needs.

This is why we decided at some point to try out an alternative platform for a simple online e-book store - this time based on the WooCoomerce plugin on top of WordPress. The first impression on trial is that it seems like the total opposite. In Shoper we started with dozens of things we don't need and in WooCommerce we started with an empty store without anything.

Still, we want to decide on the platform asap and this is our main goal for this week 🤞
