Life Week #11 - Time to reconsider

Constantly ask yourself if your goals are actually yours

You set your goal, you plan to do something about it, but you fail in first week, then you fail in second week, and it happens for several weeks in a row. At some moment you actually have three options: change something in your approach, accept that this might not be something you actually care or continue hitting a wall with your head. As the last option seems absurdal you have very limited options.

Summary of this week is the moment when I need to start asking myself if some of my goals are really my goals and if I do something to actually achieve that. This is why for now I decided to stop focusing on push ups & squats after brushing teeth and on zero alcohol policy. Looks like this is not the right moment in my life to introduce changes like this.
