Life Week #114 - Life is a marathon
Step-by-step is my new paradigm
I am writing a book! Well, not yet exactly, but I will write a book someday. I thought I had a good name for it, however, a quick research proved that this book title is already taken so I don't even have a title yet. To be honest, it does not matter now. What is important is that I will write a book.
However, before that, I need to have proper content to fill this book with. The main idea of this book is to show that life is a long project consisting of thousands of small steps and we go through life step-by-step
. Most of the time we don't need to rush too much to not become too exhausted before the finish line but, knowing the direction we still have a lot of time to do something extra.
I like the whole idea of the book as this should be my motivator to consistently create new projects. The thing is that each book needs a story. There are three types of life stories - the special ones, worth describing in a book, the boring ones, not worth describing in a book, and the stories in making, also worth describing in the book.
For the half of my life my story was not special at all and not in any making, yet another boring story of the person quickly to be forgotten. Now I have a second part of my life to do something about it. Will I?
