Life Week #2 - Motivation waves

Success is all about being able to catch motivation waves.

It would be too easy if the way how a week flows would be constant. In practice, a week is a finite number of days and each day consists of a finite number of moments. If we consider that week as a bunch of moments we will quickly notice that each moment is different - lots of them just pass by silently, some introduce difficulties we need to solve on daily matter while some of them are perfect to push us further. I call them motivation waves. Those are the moments you are waiting for the whole week and you need to learn how to notice and catch them. Mastering this skill will put you on the highway to better life, failing to do so will keep you on inferior roads with plenty of obstacles.

This week was pretty good thanks to those little moments in life that let me actually do something. Let's try to summarize successes and failures, cause there were some failures too.

Summary

✅ Brainstormed ideas for family activities we shall focus on

✅ Listed ideas for first couple of mobile apps to be created

✅ Picked the application to start working on as first one

✅ A week without buying any not essential fancies has been completed

✅ Had very active week including swimming, 3 longer walks and 3 jogging sessions, during 4 of them I experienced state of active meditation

⛔️ Failed to write down the plan of active family

⛔️ Failed to work on habit on push ups & squats afer brushing teeth

Plan for week #3

🧐 Let's start with tasks not accomplished in last week - they are still relevant. Also would like to continue planning new mobile app.
