Life Week #21 - Even more active relax
There is no single thing better for tired mind than physical activity
Actually the best moment to go on holidays is the one when you say that you don't have time for holidays. Lack of time sits inside your brain, keeps you stressed and tired. There might be couple of medicines for that but probably the best one is taking a break and having holidays, even if short ones.
What I recently realized is that that you go for holidays to run from something - run from stress in work, crowded city, silent country side, people making you feel bad, neighbours, surroundings, etc... It's actually super important to realize why you want holidays to pick something that brings an alternative. To give you the example - it would make no sense to run from crowded city to crowded beach. It also would make no sense to run from stress in work and take your work laptop with you. Holidays need to give you something else, something that you trully need and deserve simply to relax.
So, why do you go on holidays?
