Life Week #35 - ... with a sore butt

A brain is the same muscle like every other organ - it needs training to become stronger

It's been four years actually since my butt hurt me last time from working too much in sitting position. Four long years of work, mostly from home, still in changing positions - sitting, standing, moving around, with back hurting after standing too much but never with butt pain.

Previously it was a signal that my working balance is broken and it needs fixing. I consider the current situation as the same thing - working too much, moving too little. It's definitely time to do something about it!

This week I also had a Gallup test - four years after my last one. Results confirm that last four years had some impact on my mental - I stopped being futurist, life experience potentially made me less optimistic and willing to let new ideas just jump to my mind. On the other hand I have strong mixture of intellection and ideation - with, combined can explain the way my brain works. This is potentially a topic for couple of jogging sessions but I am already very happy about it.
