Life Week #4 - Little step forward

A step forward is always the opposite of a step back, regardless of the lenght.

How to summarize a week when biggest tasks planned for this week were not even started but, on the other hand, there were some successes in other areas? A good, soso, or still bad?

I would still say it was a step forward. Not as big as initially planned, but we did start implementing new topic, very important to life of our family - bigger focus on physical activities. This is something we are not only talking finally about, but practicing too. Having a good process in this area can balance the failure of not starting designing mobile app. Maybe next week will be better in this area too?

Summary

✅ Validated holiday plan for this year and defined next steps

✅ Active family plan becomes a real thing - all of us had a good physical activity on daily basis

✅ Had another very active week including swimming, 2 jogging sessions, very physical Saturday and great Sunday walk

❔ Slowly progressing, but still not created a habit of push ups & squats afer brushing teeth

⛔️ Failed to survive a week without a bit of alcohol

⛔️ Failed to design basic interface of first mobile app to be created

Plan for week #5

🤔 Finally survive a week without an alcohol and start defining / designing first features of mobile app.
