My Week #130 - Is marathon dream over?

Does anyone know what's the best ways to live your life?'

So, a week ago I mentioned that I need to focus more on physical activities. Some weeks ago I mentioned my plans related to writing a book and one of the first chapters was meant to be focused on running my first marathon. Well, it looks like my dream will need to be postponed, at least for now. Due to my arrhythmia, I was told that running a marathon, or even a half-marathon, is too risky for me. This was a kinda shocker - someone was trying to kill my dream! Why anyone would like to do it? Why my heart is not working as before? I suspect the constant higher level of stress that puts me in that unexpected situation.

This is frustrating on the one hand but it also gives me hope. If I could limit the amount of stress should I feel better and prepare for the next attempt in a year or two? I like this concept, as it gives me hope. I don't like this concept, as it gives me hope. πŸ™ƒ

Reducing stress is a great tip in general, but in my situation, it is even more welcome. I am just unsure how to do itΒ πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ
