My Week #139 - Heads up

Nervous, relaxed, nervous again...

I had a very intense time in work related with the project crunch. Amount of work and time related to deliver it was amazing. Of course, this impacted my level of stress and my progress with the appartment finishing - the levels of stresss rised while the amount of work was reduced.

Luckily, in the middle of the week, we had the opportunity to visit the SPA for the first floating session of my life. It was a weird experience when nearly all your senses were shut down and you just needed to relax floating in a very salty and warm water without any other alternative to spend your time. Still, after this experience I felt really great - this was definitely something I didn't know I needed that much. It made me survive peacefully for the next couple of days when, as always, too many things happen at the same time. I am unsure for how long the magical power of SPA relax will last, but for sure it was a great reset.

Still, we are already in the second part of October and my progress with the apartment finishing is not great. I finally started working on the floor in loggia, but this will definitely take some time to finish. The time I am looking for on a daily basis. For sure, to make some progress I need to change something - maybe I should start my workdays with physical work and then continue with the mental one? This would be great but this week is also related to several morning activities that make things even more difficult.

I think I need a plan...
