My Week #154 - Living an unoptimal life

Did I just discover the new way of life?

Doing things optimally was my way of living for years. Shopping, travelling, visiting kitchen at work or even cooking - there are so many things you can do optimally, or not. You can be efficient, but do you have to? To my surprise I recently noticed that my heart feels better when I am not doing too many thing optimally. There is a bit less of rush, there is a bit less of efficience, but maybe this is a way to move forward with life? Slower but longer?
