My Week #159 - My last run
Sometimes you need to stop before you speed up
Tomorrow I have a nasal septum surgery. It recently occurred that my deviated septum is fixable and I decided to fix it. The operation should not last long, but for the first time in my life I will be fully unconscious. This will also have an impact on my fitness life. For sure for some time I won't be able to run, I am also unsure for how long I will have to give up my daily strenght trainings.
This seems like a perfect time for me to focus on other topics - math exam of my son, my chess education and... why there always needs to be some end? Do I need to focus on so many things at the same time? Why should I? Can't I just pick one topic that is currently the most important for me and focus only on that one? 😳
