My Week #160 - The first surgery

You underestimate the power of breathing until your nose is shut down

This week I had a nasal septum surgery. It went pretty well, I don't remember anything from the whole event due to the narcosis. However, I remember the next 3 days when taking a deep breath, drinking water, or eating anything was a complex process I needed to pay attention to not to get choked.

Today, 6 days later, I feel really good. I feel full of energy and my nose seems to be feeling well too. I feel pretty confident and expect to start exercising within a week or two.

In the meantime, I am practicing my & learning chess skills. I just learned that there are some technics you can use to update your skills more efficiently and I am currently learning those techniques. This is also my main focus for the next week - chess is the only thing I can do for now.

Summary

✅ Went through the surgery and restart the rehabilitation
