My Week #161 - The plan and the frustration
To chess or to earn - this is the question...
I completed studying a book about efficient learning techniques. I noted down the main points and created the initial plan for studying chess based on those notes. The next step is to convert the plan into practice and find a way to measure the progress if any happens.
There are a lot of topics to learn, there is too little time to learn them all. The brain is also not that efficient. Still, I'd like to check my limits in the early forties 🫢
On the other side - the part of me still feels pressure caused by the endless number of financial needs. The renovation of the house in the countryside will cost more than expected (what a surprise). We need money, which means that we need to work. Longer? Harder? Really??? 🤯
There is a serious conflict here and I have no idea why it happens to me again. What's wrong with me and my approach to life?
