My Week #176 - Lift and coast

It's good to prepared for the shit to happen

This week was meant to be tough and intense. I had lots of topics on my plate, lots of work, travelling, and completing the typical FAU - family as usual stuff. It's not the first that intense time in my life. What differs it is that I was ready for it and I had no serious expectations other than surviving this week with a plan to recharge the batteries during the weekend.

I have to admit that I prepared myself well for this difficult period of time and I survived it with a grace. Now, the next week means of course another set of challenges, but still, it should be slightly easier and giving me space for the additional activities. Still, we'll see of course how things work. I do not put any harsh expectations on me to be positively surprised this time.

Let's wrap it up quickly today. Time to go running!
