My Week 185 - Running balance
Balance is everything!
The game of balance is on! I restarted running, but the pain came back. This is why I decided not to push too much and reduce the number of kilometers to a bare minimum. I also try to have some breaks during running session to reduce the load on the knee, but, to my surprise, the knee hurts more when walking than when running.
Still, everything is on the edge. I need to continue running to re-gain as much stamina as possible, but, at the same time, trying to constantly take care of my knee. This is why I decided to do not more than 2 running sessions per week and constantly observe the condition of the knee. It's four weeks left to the marathon, which means more or less 7-8 running sessions in front of me. The game is on, and the risk of failure is huge. If the knee won't feel worse, I will try to do it. I am confident and I will do my best.
