My Week 188 - Marathon week!

50k of small steps

My marathon is in 7 days. It's last week before the start. I had a dream to do it in 4 hours. I had a target to do it in 5 hours. I don't have any expectations for now. The real time, if I will manage to complete the whole distance, is around 5 hours 30 minutes. The distance itself is scary, the perspective of spending around six hours running is also shocky.

I know that this is my only chance to do something special. I will do my best to complete it, but the famous wall during the race is still in front of me. I've never experienced that running a half-marathon, so this will be my first time. Let's see if I am mentally ready for this challenge.
