My Week 195 - Drinking games
Don't drink, as simple as that
Nine full weeks. Sixty three days. My new personal adult record of non-alcohol period is set. It was hard time initally. It was slightly easier later on. Still, from time of time there was this temptation to have one drink. I managed to replace it with dealcoholided wine and beer and it was a good strategy.
Still, nine weeks since my project start I decided to have a few glasses of wine. Evening was pretty normal, nothing spectacular happened, but the night was bad - I could not sleep well, I woke up several times to pee, to drink water.
This was a good experiment. It really exposes the impact of alcohol in areas we don't expect it to have and the last of impact in the areas we would expect it to have. It is what is is. Alcohol is bad, it's time to get rid of it. It's time for the next stage - drink responsibly - if you need to drink anything - control the amount. If you don't need to - don't drink at all.
Enjoy life without it, as simple as that.
