My Week 198 - December & sickness

- If you do something twice in a row, people from Cracov will call it a tradition

It's december and I am sick. No surprise to be honest. Once a year there is a time when my immune system has a furlough and I am under the heavy attack of those nasty viruses and other crap. Don't get me wrong - it's not a surprise for me - I'd call it a tradition already. Still, I hate being sick and this will never change.

In other aspects of my live everything moves forwards more-or-less unchanged. I am moving forward with my game remaster side project app, my prototype received first feedback from investors and partners in ~crime~ business are planning next steps.

My plank is slowly progressing - I am unsure if I am that happy with my progress, but definitely I am capable of reaching 2 minutes in one attempt or 5 minutes in total during one training session. It's a nice progress, but still there is a room for improvement. Let me remind you, that my next significant checkpoint is 3 minutes as it would be my personal best and 5 minutes, as the next big milestone. I still have the impression that once I hit a 5 minute milestone, it will mean that I am close to hit 10 minutes as well. We'll see 🙃

Let's hope for the best, but expect the worst and take care of the elbows. This is my second weakest point in my body right after my knees. And as I needed knees to complete the marathon project, I need elbows to complete the plank project 💪
