My Week #215 - Tired & sick
If you feel tired - get sick, you'll forget about being tired
The spring breeze caught me off guard, and now I’ve come down with a mild cold. I’m sneezing and feeling weak. My energy levels are even lower than last week. It feels like my body is sending me a clear signal to slow down and take a break. Too many things are happening at once—too many mentally exhausting ones.
My plan is simple for now: listen to my body. Take a break. Do fewer things, but with better focus. And just relax… calm down, man.
