My Week #244 - The demons of the foreseeing

Focus on hoping for the best, not expecting the worst

You have some events planned in the future. You foresee them. You build a negative set og emotions around them based on the previous experiences. You just hope they pass by. To your surprise, pretty often they are not that bad as they seemed to be.

What happened? Is this your bad imagination caused by some social distance built around it? Or maybe you're tired with the daily routines and you just expect nothing more than a bit of silence?

I think that we have a small demons that live inside us. They just whisper and whisper to our ears building a negative groundup. Sure, it comes with some past background - there were situations in the past that weren't great and you rephrase those past events into something new that will definitely happen. They thing is that it sometimes does not happen 😊 Or even more often than sometimes 😊😊

Sure, I believe that those demons are natural shields that we build around us. It just feels like more than sometimes we might not need them 🧐

When it comes to things we don't necessary need is an alcohol. I just completed reading Alcoillusion book focused on why we should get rid of alco in our lifes. Not worth reading if you like alcohol; or you have to drink it, for whatever reason. This is probably the second life-changing book I read in last 5 years. the first one was Why we sleep.

I don't read many books. I haven't read many life changing books, but this is a second one, introducing second life-changing habit to my life.

💡 Sleep 8h. 💡 Don't drink alco.

Simple, but not easy, heh
