My Week #245 - Pushing despite frustration
Focus on hoping for the best, not expecting the worst
I am tired. Autumn is not helping. Dark afternoons neither. I started walking in the morning to catch some sunlight and the lack of bad air.
I worked a lot, and, to be honest, I am not fueled with any external motivation other than the need to earn money to survive 🫠
Still, I have the last bits of internal motivation to push my drone app project forward. It's been a month since the initial release. I don't have many users. Noone is paying for this app for now. Sure, I still have a very important backlog of features to deliver, but every day of no outcome reduces motivation 🤷
AI is not helping as well. Well, it's helping internally to push forward, but it's not helping externally due to the enormous number of alternative products. Some say that apps are dead. I hope they are not, yet. Vibe coded, floppy apps will not survive, but I still believe that there is a space for quality 🤞
