Life Week #48 - Ok or not ok?
When a good week does not boost your mood you might have a problem...
When all topics planned for the week are completed you shall be super happy, right? So why sometimes it happens that you just feel... stressed? frustrated? Is this due to the now
moment? Or is it part of my nature? Or maybe the real cause is related to a failed set of chess matches that happened just minutes ago?
I guess the cause is the outcome of all the reasons mentioned above. Still, it means that something is wrong with my mind or approach to life. Too much stress, too little fun and optimism. But how to fix that? That's a really good question, so difficult to answer.
Let me try to start looking for the answer by experimenting with the mood. My challenge for the next week is to be more optimistic in a very difficult environment I am in next week.
