Life Week #55 - A year without-good-running

Run, Marcin, run...

Finally, after tough weeks of catching form after the end-of-the-year crisis I recently had an idea to check if I am still able to run 10km. I decided to try today and, although my knee started to hit me nearly instantly, slowly, step by step, I made it. 10.5 km is not a bad try, especially when the weather was not perfect with the cold, western wind.

What is more surprising, once I came back, out of curiosity I checked when I made 10 km for the last time. It was more than a year ago! I was totally shocked at how my life became crazy recently. A major reason, other than feeling not well last autumn, was the really crazy velocity of life that made me too stressed to run longer. This is something totally to be reviewed and modified! I can't live that fast! I should run faster than live!
