Life Week #61 - The power of dead habit

It's sooo difficult to return to the flow

Some things you do in your life are quick & simple or not challenging enough to look for extra motivation. However, some of them are good but tiring, time-consuming or challenging in any other way and it makes it so difficult to do them on daily basis. This is where the power of habit jumps in to ease everyday pain. It works, trust me or not but it actually works. Well, to be precise, it works until you break the flow and kill the habit. It's so difficult to return to the dead habit, I wonder if it is not more difficult than actually starting it.

I failed to completely return to the habit of physical training. I will try again this week 🫢
